AAAKANDE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES!


1. I’M UNSURE OF WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? 

Each product has a size guide with measurements for your reference. The model's sizes are displayed on each product to help you choose the size that suits you best.

We advise all customers to read the size guide thoroughly before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please see the Shipping Policy page for more information.

3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM DOES NOT FIT? 
We urge all our customers to check our sizing guide prior to purchasing. We do not offer refunds.

4. HOW WILL MY DETAILS BE USED?

Through using www.akande.co.uk you give your consent to the collection and use of personal information, in regards to the company. AAAkande will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

5. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

- UK orders are sent out as a "Signed for" delivery to make sure that your item is delivered and signed for by you.
- International orders are sent out as a "tracked" delivery.
 
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY ORDER?

All AAAkande orders must be signed for when delivered, this is to ensure our customers receive the right item(s). If no one is available to sign for your order a ‘We missed you' card will be left at your premises & your package will be sent back to your local depot office for a period of time (please note: this time frame varies depending on location).


If the package is still unclaimed after a period of time it will be sent back to AAAkande. On the occasion that this occurs our customer service team will notify you via email and you will be informed of the next steps to take to have your item redelivered. We will have to send you an invoice for shipping to be able to send it to you again. AAAkande are not responsible for the re-shipping fee of missed and unclaimed deliveries. 

 

For International Shipping Customers: You may be able to opt-in to receive SMS and/or email notifications from the courier with real time expected delivery updates. Please visit their website for further information once you have received your tracking information from us via email.

 

7. MY ORDER INCLUDES PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?

If your order contains in stock items as well as pre-order items, your order will be shipped once the pre-ordered items become available. Please note pre-ordered items usually take up to 3-4 weeks for UK customers and 4-5 weeks for international customers.

8. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not cancel any orders after purchase. All purchases are final.

Please note we do not accept cancellation requests via our social media platforms.

9. SHIPPING PRICES?

We have changed our shipping prices from a fixed rate to a calculated rate. The final weight of your order will be used to calculate the shipping price.
