How it works

The "Pre-order" option allows you to reserve an item that is not yet in production. Please note that all pre-order items are made to order, which means they are non-refundable.

Here are the estimated waiting times for pre-orders:

United Kingdom: 2-5 weeks

International: 4-6 weeks

These timeframes are approximate, and while we strive to minimise waiting times, there is a possibility of slight variations. Rest assured; we will keep you informed of any updates regarding your order. Once the pre-order items arrive at our headquarters, they will be promptly shipped out. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.

If you purchase a pre-ordered item along with a non-pre-order item, please note that they will be shipped separately. We will provide you with tracking details for each delivery directly to your inbox.
