UK STANDARD DELIVERY (signed): 2-5 business days
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY (tracked): 15-20 business days
Delivery
We have changed our shipping prices from a fixed rate to a calculated weight. The final weight of your order will be used to calculate the shipping price.
International Orders
All international orders (outside the UK) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
If you refuse to pay your country's custom tax then the item will be sent back to us. If the item is sent back to us we will not give you a refund.
Pre-Orderable items
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon.
Customers must send an email with the item they want to pre-order and size. We will reply with an invoice. Once payment is made your item will be ordered.
Pre-order waiting times are 3-4 weeks for UK customers and 4-5 weeks for international customers.
This is an estimated time so there is a possibility you might have to wait longer but we will keep you updated if this happens.
Pre-order items will be shipped out right after items arrive at our location. You will be notified once your order is out on delivery.
