Inspect your order once delivered
Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds, exchanges and faults?
Due to hygiene reasons, we operate a no refund policy. Our product descriptions come with very detailed information for you to read thoroughly before your purchase. Our items are high quality and extremely limited so buy the items you like quickly to avoid disappointment.

What about faults?
In the rare occasion you receive an item with a defect please email us right away with your order number and pictures. In the email enquiry, we ask you to be respectful and provide us with the full details of your order.
Please send an email to info.aaakande@gmail.com with the following details:
- Title of the email – “Faulty item”
- Full name
- Order number
- Attach clear high-resolution pictures
- Reason for enquiry
We will get back to you between 24-48 hours on whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Once you receive your product, you have 14 days to send the item back to us (we will provide you with an address to ship to).
Return postage is paid by the customer. It is your responsibility to send the items back safely so please purchase postage as a "signed for" or trackable service to make sure we get it. Please make sure you return the item unworn, in original frostic bag packaging and in perfect condition.
*When sending an item, please put inside a note with your name and order number so we know it's from you*
If eligible for exchange, the exchange will not be sent out until we receive the package you send to us.
*Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted*
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
